Ariana was with Naomi Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes, Summer Rae and Summer Rae in July 2014 for a match against Nikki Bella against a handicap six-on one match. But, she just appeared on the scene in the event of an assault by Nikki as well as Naomi. At the Battleground show, Ariana was paired with Naomi. Ariana was able to defeat Naomi during that battle. The result was that they began competing. They engaged in several handicap matches and tag-teams throughout the summer.
